At Kwik Floors, we are committed to delivering your flooring quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Delivery Options
Next Day Delivery (Monday–Friday)
We offer next day delivery on selected products and locations.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 11:00am
- Orders placed after 11:00am will be processed the following business day.
Standard Book-In Service
Our Transport Team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery day, available Monday to Friday.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available, and your order will be delivered on the next available Saturday service.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries. If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
A responsible person must be available to accept and inspect the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, re-delivery charges may apply.
Delivery Times & Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier or transport disruptions
- High seasonal demand
Kwik Floors cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully before signing for the goods. If there is any visible damage to the pallet or packaging, please take clear photographs before accepting the delivery.
Any damages, shortages, or issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs, so we can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damages within 24 hours may affect our ability to process claims with the courier.
